The Distribution Coordinator oversees the smooth running of NLA’s Free Clothing Store and Baby Support Programme, including stock management, documentation, and volunteer guidance.

Highly organised and proactive, they work both independently and with the team to create a welcoming and dignified environment for people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.

The role requires clear communication, calm decision-making, cultural and political sensitivity, and a strong commitment to NLA’s values and to supporting displaced and vulnerable people.
